TIMELINE

All printing order requests within 2 weeks are considered RUSH ORDER.

All web design projects require 1/2 deposit. Website will be delivered upon full payment.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If you are signed up for a monthly retainer but need additional services that stretch outside of the original, your bill may reflect the differences. 

It is our job to make you aware of the additional upgrade prices.

STARTING

All plans require an authorized signature to start campaigns. Paperwork can be emailed or authorized using online signature websites, applications

The failure to authorize by deadlines will result in delays of campaigns.

Monthly plans begin on the day we begin and are charged every 30 days after.

TRADES/BARTERING

aWHERE is unable to provide barters,trades or exchanges until further notice. 

It is at the representative's sole discretion to provide advice on off-hours to those seeking advice. It is not the representative's responsibility to provide any advice without proper consultation with the company first. 

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

In the case we make mistake on your custom merchandise product, you will be required to email awhereinfo@gmail.com and send proof of the error. All returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving items. The products must be returned to our warehouse before we can prepare a new order to replace to original item. We cannot accept any items that have been worn or washed. aWHERE Media is not responsible for any item once worn or washed.

There are no refunds on custom merchandise.

There are no refunds on Design, Consulting, PR, Social Media Marketing, Visual Productions, Event Production, Dream Connection, Designs & Workshops services and programs.
